Heavy Caesar vs. The Syndicate

Heavy Caesar--a Luminary for the Colombians is fighting with Mr. Green's (Syndicate) soldiers in the bad part of town. Things are not looking good for the ordinary humans.

Note: I wanted a billboard for a strip club (Dirty City--which is a name we came up with for a supplement back in the early, early 2000's). I found an example of one with the Pay-Your-Way-Through-College sign on it and thought: "Holy Crap! I gotta use that."

Anyway, we have, of course, real artists working on the game--but I'm learning how to do this stuff and I was pleased with how this came out.
